You will be met at the airport and transferred to the luxurious safari lodge, where you’ll be greeted with refreshing welcome drinks and snacks followed by a familiarizing tour of the lodge. Settle into your elegant suite with views of the surrounding bush, allowing yourself a moment to breathe in the tranquility of the wilderness. Then, embark on your first Safari Adventure as the light softens and the bush comes alive with iconic African wildlife. As the day draws to a close, join a grounding Intention Setting Journal Session designed to help you release any travel stress, and center yourself in the experience
Day 2: Sunrise Adventure and Creative Exploration
Begin the day with a Sunrise Game Drive, when the wildlife is most active. Watch as the savannah awakens, with golden light illuminating the landscape and animals moving gracefully through the bush. Return to the lodge for a refreshing herbal tea or juice before transitioning into a Yoga Flow Session, a generous brunch selection, and an immersion into an Enviro-Art Workshop, where nature becomes both your inspiration and your medium. Following this, you'll be guided through the Afternoon Game Drive for the day, a wholesome dinner, and evening meditation session.
Day 3: Understanding the Ecosystem & Stargazing
The day starts with a Birding Safari, guided by a local naturalist. As the sun rises, listen to the symphony of bird calls and identify a variety of vibrant and rare species. Learn about their behaviors and significance in the ecosystem. Then, a Guided Meditation, and a hearty brunch back at the lodge. After brunch, embark on a Medicinal Plant Foraging Workshop led by a local expert. Explore the bush as you learn about indigenous plants, their traditional uses, and their healing properties. Following this, you'll have the opportunity to try and identify some of the flora and fauna you've been introduced to on our last Afternoon Game Drive. In the evening, witness the transition from the active heat of the day to the cooler, quieter dusk. After dinner, join an expert-led Stargazing Session to uncover the mysteries of the African night sky. Discover constellations, celestial myths, and the wonders of the Milky Way in an area free from light pollution. The evening concludes with a magical Sleep-Out Experience on a raised platform in the bush. Surrounded by the sounds of nocturnal wildlife, you'll drift off under a canopy of stars.
Day 4: Closing Circle & Reflections
Begin your final day with a Sunrise Game Drive, soaking in the beauty of the early morning light as you witness the savannah come to life one last time. Enjoy a leisurely brunch served at the lodge, featuring fresh, wholesome dishes. Relish the flavors of your last meal in this beautiful setting. Then, we'll gather for a Closing Circle and Reflections Session, allowing you to share your experiences, and reflect on the personal transformations you've experienced during your wellness safari. Then we depart with cherished memories, a renewed sense of self, and a deep connection to the wild.
